We understand the importance of every specimen to its collector. Our aim is to make sure each item reaches you safely, with careful attention to protecting the item during handling and shipment.
Orders ship within 2 business days
We ship within 2 business days of receiving an order. This is our dispatch timeframe; the time a parcel spends in transit is additional.
Marketplace orders
Approved third-party sellers are expected to follow the same care, packaging and 2-business-day dispatch standard. Check the seller identified on each listing, and contact Skye if you have a question about a shipment.
Payment-plan orders
If you arrange an in-house payment plan, the shipment date and payment requirements for release will be confirmed as part of that plan before you proceed.
